Task List

To give you an easy overview of your process-related actions, Fabasoft eGov-Suite offers a task list. It is available from your dashboard on its own portal page and includes an overview of all outstanding tasks and items requiring your attention. Similar to an E-mail system, it is divided into:

• To do (inbox)
• Reassigned to you
• Recently concluded (outbox)

Steps

A process-based action (workflow activity) includes a list of steps just like a checklist. Workflow activities are typically distributed within an organization on the basis of groups and roles. If several users are assigned to the same group or have the same role, each of them can see the activities in their task list that are assigned to this group or role. If one of the users starts working on an activity, it disappears from the task list of the other users.

To support broad scale processes, work can be distributed among defined employees via a preconfigured points account.
