Ad-hoc Workflows
For an ad-hoc workflow a user outside the predefined process sequence assigns ex-post activities to relevant users, groups or roles. For that the user can combine predefined elements (activities) and combine them in a graphic editor. You decide for yourself how a formal business process plays out with an ad-hoc workflow and create additional agility. Ad-hoc processes can also be saved as patterns and be reused as templates.
Parallel Workflow Activities
When setting up parallel workflow activities several users are tasked with an activity simultaneously. Once all users have accomplished these parallel activities, the workflow continues with the next activity. With these parallel activities the processing times of business processes can be reduced considerably.
Due dates
Due dates for delivery, start and completion of an activity can be set for all workflow activities. This considerably facilitates meeting deadlines.
