The Austrian Asylum Court has been working with the electronic file (ELAK) in its administrative processes since 2008. The decision was taken in 2010 to change over to the less expensive model "ELAK light". The basic version, with reduced functional scope and a simpler user interface enables even more efficient work and also covers quality management requirements in line with the ISO 9001 standard.

Cross-departmental processes in Switzerland are to be realized electronically from now on. To do so, the complex communication structures have to be readily available in electronic form. The eGov-Suite by Fabasoft was chosen as the appropriate software product for this in an evaluation process.

The federal state Voralberg (Austria) wins with its partner CSC the ECM-Award 2011 in the category “Innovative Realization” for a project which is based on Fabasoft eGov-Suite. Fabasoft Folio Cloud was awarded in the Category “ECM-Solution of the Year 2011”.
