Mobile online editing

Fabasoft eGov-Suite is a web-browser-based product and thus access to the system is possible from the internet (including wireless) even from outside the organization. With suitable security infrastructure (such as VPN) secure communication from anywhere, at any time, from various devices, is possible.

Off-line Editing

Fabasoft eGov-Suite also provides a specific functionality for document editing without an internet connection. This is possible with the help of a check-out (copy) of a locked object, in a local directory on the (mobile) device. Corresponding meta data is “transported”. After editing the objects and/or structures are re-imported into the system – either as revised content or new document.

Additional functionalities for executives

A special management functionality for mobile devices (such as iPad) allows for certain actions by executives, such as delegating tasks or approving documents, to be carried out independent of time and place. This facilitates leadership tasks, reduces delays and increases efficiency.
